The Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated ICL7660ESA-T is a CMOS charge pump voltage converter designed for efficient power supply solutions. This device provides a fixed negative output voltage from a positive input voltage, or can be configured for voltage doubling or inverting applications. With a single output capable of delivering up to 20mA, it operates with a switching frequency of 10kHz.
