Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX997ESA-T is a single-element, general-purpose comparator from the Beyond-the-Rails™ series. This device features CMOS and TTL compatible outputs and operates over a voltage supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V. With a maximum propagation delay of 7ns, it is suitable for high-speed applications. The comparator offers a typical input bias current of 15µA at 5V and an input offset voltage of 1.5mV maximum at 5V. Typical CMRR and PSRR figures are 80dB and 86.02dB respectively. The device is supplied in an 8-SOIC package on tape and reel, designed for surface mounting. Typical applications include battery-powered systems, portable electronics, and general-purpose analog signal conditioning. The quiescent current is a maximum of 6.5mA.
