Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX996ESD is a general-purpose, quad CMOS comparator. This device features open-drain, rail-to-rail output stages, compatible with TTL logic levels. The MAX996ESD offers a low quiescent current of 96µA maximum and a low input bias current of 1pA at 5.5V. Propagation delay is rated at 210ns maximum. Input offset voltage is a maximum of 5mV at 5.5V, with typical CMRR and PSRR of 80dB. The comparator operates over a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V single or ±1.25V to ±2.75V dual, and is specified for operation from -40°C to 85°C. Packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface-mount configuration, it is supplied in tubes.
