Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX988EXK-T is a single-channel, general-purpose CMOS comparator. This device features open-drain, rail-to-rail output capabilities and is compatible with TTL logic levels. It operates across a wide supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V (single) or ±1.25V to ±2.75V (dual). The MAX988EXK-T boasts excellent noise immunity with typical CMRR and PSRR ratings of 80dB. Input bias current is exceptionally low at 1pA @ 5.5V, and the maximum input offset voltage is 5mV @ 5.5V. It exhibits minimal hysteresis of ±2.5mV and a quiescent current of up to 96µA. Propagation delay is a maximum of 210ns. The component is supplied in a compact SC-70-5 (SOT-353) surface-mount package on tape and reel.
