Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX985EUK-TG002 is a single-element, general-purpose CMOS comparator. This device features push-pull, rail-to-rail output capabilities and TTL compatibility, packaged in a SOT-23-5 (SC-74A, SOT-753) surface-mount configuration. It operates across a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V single or ±1.25V to ±2.75V dual. The comparator exhibits a maximum propagation delay of 450ns, quiescent current of 24µA, and input bias current of 1pA at 5.5V. Input offset voltage is a maximum of 5mV at 5.5V, with typical hysteresis of ±3mV. CMRR and PSRR are both rated at 80dB.
