Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX977EEE-T is a dual, general-purpose CMOS comparator featuring rail-to-rail output swing and TTL compatibility. This component offers a low input bias current of 0.1µA at 5.25V and a maximum quiescent current of 500µA. With a propagation delay of 820ns (max), it is suitable for applications requiring fast response times.
