Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX964EEE-T is a general-purpose comparator featuring four elements in a 16-QSOP package. This Beyond-the-Rails™ series device operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, offering both single and dual supply configurations. With a maximum propagation delay of 7ns and typically 80dB CMRR and 86.02dB PSRR, the MAX964EEE-T is suitable for demanding applications. Input bias current is a maximum of 15µA at 5V, and input offset voltage is a maximum of 1.5mV at 5V. Quiescent current is a maximum of 9mA. The device provides CMOS and TTL compatible outputs and a hysteresis of 3.5mV. It is supplied on tape and reel for surface mount installation and finds utility in industrial automation, consumer electronics, and medical devices.

Integrated Circuit FAQs

An integrated circuit (IC) is a semiconductor chip that contains transistors, resistors, capacitors, and other electronic components on a single silicon substrate. ICs are the foundation of modern electronics and power devices such as smartphones, computers, automotive systems, and industrial equipment.

Integrated circuits work by routing electrical signals through microscopic semiconductor components fabricated onto a silicon chip. Depending on the design, ICs can process, amplify, store, or control electronic data.
