Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX9100ESA-T is a general-purpose CMOS comparator featuring push-pull, rail-to-rail output. This single-element comparator offers excellent noise immunity with typical CMRR and PSRR of 68dB and 66dB respectively. It operates over a wide voltage supply range of 1V to 5.5V and exhibits low quiescent current of a maximum of 13µA. Input bias current is rated at a maximum of 0.015µA at 5.5V, with a voltage input offset maximum of 10mV at 5.5V. The device has a propagation delay of 4.5µs maximum and ±2mV hysteresis. Supplied in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) package for surface mounting, it is delivered on a Tape & Reel (TR). Applications span industrial automation, medical instrumentation, and battery-powered portable devices.
