The Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX9022ASA-T is a dual-element, general-purpose comparator featuring rail-to-rail output capability. This CMOS device operates across a wide supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V (single) or ±1.25V to ±2.75V (dual). With a maximum input bias current of 0.003µA at 5V and a quiescent current of only 5µA, it offers excellent power efficiency. The MAX9022ASA-T provides a propagation delay of 8µs and a low input offset voltage of 1mV at 5V, along with 4mV of hysteresis. It exhibits 100dB CMRR and 80dB PSRR.
