Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX9019EKA-T is a dual, general-purpose comparator from the Beyond-the-Rails™ series. This CMOS device features push-pull, rail-to-rail output capability and operates over a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. With a low quiescent current of a maximum 2µA and an input bias current of only 0.001µA at 5V, it is well-suited for low-power applications. The MAX9019EKA-T exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 80dB and common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 80dB. It offers a typical output current of 50mA and includes 4mV of hysteresis for improved noise immunity. The propagation delay is a maximum of 28µs. This component is supplied in a SOT-23-8 surface-mount package, presented on a tape and reel. It finds application in battery-powered devices, portable electronics, and industrial control systems.
