Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4760EBX-T is a quad 2:2 analog switch featuring low on-resistance of 3.5 Ohms (max). This DPDT switch offers a -3dB bandwidth of 150MHz and exhibits excellent channel isolation with crosstalk of -95dB at 100kHz. Channel-to-channel resistance matching (?Ron) is specified at 200mOhm, and charge injection is minimized to 15pC. The device operates from a single 1.8V to 5.5V supply.
