Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4713CPE is a quad, SPST analog switch with configurable single-pole, single-throw (SPST) operation. Each of the four circuits can be configured as either normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC). This device offers a low on-resistance of 25 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel resistance matching of 200 mOhms maximum. Operating from single supply voltages of 2.7V to 11V or dual supplies of ±2.7V to ±5.5V, the MAX4713CPE exhibits fast switching times with typical values of 125ns turn-on and 80ns turn-off. Leakage current is minimized to 500 pA maximum. The 16-PDIP package is suitable for through-hole mounting. This component finds application in battery-powered equipment, portable instruments, and signal routing in various electronic systems.
