Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4691EGE-T is an 8:1 analog multiplexer featuring low on-resistance of 70 Ohms maximum. This single-pole, eight-throw (SP8T) switch offers excellent channel-to-channel matching with a typical Ron variation of 2 Ohms. The device operates over a wide supply voltage range, supporting single supply from 2.7V to 11V and dual supplies from ±2V to ±5.5V. With a charge injection of 0.1pC and channel capacitance figures of 9pF (off) and 68pF (on), it is suitable for signal routing in applications requiring minimal signal degradation. Crosstalk performance is rated at -75dB at 100kHz, with leakage current below 1nA. Switching times are approximately 300ns for turn-on and 100ns for turn-off.
