Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4668ESE is a dual, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch IC. Each switch is normally open (NO) and features a low on-resistance of 2.5 Ohm maximum. This device supports single supply operation from 4.5V to 36V or dual supply operation from ±4.5V to ±20V. The MAX4668ESE is designed for efficient signal routing with low charge injection of 450pC and channel capacitance of 65pF (off-state). Crosstalk performance is rated at -66dB at 1MHz. Switching times are a maximum of 275ns for turn-on and 175ns for turn-off. The current leakage in the off-state is a maximum of 500pA. This component is supplied in a 16-SOIC surface-mount package. It finds application in various industries including medical electronics, industrial automation, and consumer electronics.
