Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4667EPE is a dual, single-pole, normally closed (SPST-NC) analog switch. Each switch exhibits a low on-resistance of 2.5 Ohms (max) with excellent on-resistance matching of 50 mOhms (delta Ron). Designed for single or dual supply operation, voltage ranges extend from +4.5V to +36V for single supply and ±4.5V to ±20V for dual supply. The device features fast switching times with typical tON of 275ns and tOFF of 175ns. Low leakage current of 500 pA (max) and channel capacitance of 65 pF are also specified. This component finds application in signal routing and switching within industrial control, test and measurement, and audio signal processing systems. The MAX4667EPE is supplied in a 16-PDIP package suitable for through-hole mounting.
