Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated's MAX4643EUA is a dual, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch. This device features low on-resistance of 4O maximum and is designed for 1.8V to 5.5V single-supply operation. It offers fast switching times with 15ns (turn-on) and 8ns (turn-off) maximum. The MAX4643EUA exhibits excellent on-resistance flatness over its operating range and low leakage current of 250pA maximum (IS(off)). Charge injection is minimized at 2pC. Channel-to-channel matching for on-resistance is 200mO. Crosstalk is rated at -97dB at 1MHz. Channel capacitance (off-state) is 7pF for both drain and source. This component is suitable for applications requiring high-performance signal switching, including audio routing, battery-powered devices, and portable equipment. The device is supplied in an 8-uMAX/uSOP package for surface mounting.
