Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4630EPD is a high-performance quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch with a normally closed configuration. This device features a low on-resistance of 70 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 500 mOhms. It operates from a single supply voltage of 2V to 12V. The MAX4630EPD offers a 300MHz -3dB bandwidth and excellent crosstalk performance of -90dB at 1MHz. Typical applications include signal routing, battery-powered equipment, and general-purpose switching. The component is supplied in a 14-PDIP package, designed for through-hole mounting. Switching times are rated at a maximum of 150ns for turn-on and 80ns for turn-off, with charge injection at 5pC. Leakage current is a maximum of 500pA.
