The Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4617EPE is an 8:1 analog multiplexer featuring low on-resistance of 10 Ohms maximum. This single-circuit switch offers excellent performance with channel-to-channel matching of 200 mOhm and low leakage current of 1 nA maximum. Designed for operation from a single 2V to 5.5V supply, the MAX4617EPE exhibits fast switching times of 15ns (turn-on) and 10ns (turn-off). Channel capacitance is specified at 5pF (off) and 27pF. This component is suitable for applications in industrial automation and test and measurement equipment. It is provided in a 16-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) through-hole package, supplied in tubes.
