The Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4615CUD is a quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST), normally closed analog switch. This component features a low on-resistance of 10 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 200 mOhms. It operates from a single 2V to 5.5V supply and offers a -3dB bandwidth of 70MHz.
