Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4615CPD is a quad, 1:1, SPST-NC analog switch designed for high-performance applications. This component features a low on-resistance of 10 Ohms maximum with excellent channel-to-channel matching of 200 mOhms. Its 70 MHz -3dB bandwidth and low charge injection of 6.5 pC make it suitable for signal routing in telecommunications and consumer electronics. The device operates from a single 2V to 5.5V supply and exhibits superior crosstalk performance of -96 dB at 100 kHz. It is available in a 14-PDIP package suitable for through-hole mounting. The MAX4615CPD offers fast switching times with a maximum of 12 ns turn-on and 10 ns turn-off.
