The Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4614EPD is a quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch with normally open (NO) configuration. Each of the four circuits offers a low 10 Ohm on-state resistance (Max) and excellent channel-to-channel matching with a V_ON of 200mOhm. This component features a -3dB bandwidth of 70MHz and low charge injection of 6.5pC, making it suitable for applications in test and measurement, as well as industrial control systems. The device operates from a single supply voltage of 2V to 5.5V. With a low leakage current of 1nA (Max) and superior crosstalk rejection of -96dB at 100kHz, the MAX4614EPD ensures signal integrity. It is supplied in a 14-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) through-hole package, with a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.
