The Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4614EPD is a quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch with normally open (NO) configuration. Each of the four circuits offers a low 10 Ohm on-state resistance (Max) and excellent channel-to-channel matching with a V_ON of 200mOhm. This component features a -3dB bandwidth of 70MHz and low charge injection of 6.5pC, making it suitable for applications in test and measurement, as well as industrial control systems.
