Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4613EEE-T is a high-performance quad SPST analog switch. This 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer features a low on-resistance of 70 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 4 Ohms maximum. Designed for surface mounting in a 16-QSOP package, it operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The MAX4613EEE-T supports dual power supplies from ±4.5V to ±20V and single supply from 4.5V to 40V. Charge injection is limited to 5pC, with leakage current at 500pA maximum. Crosstalk is specified at -100dB at 1MHz. This component is suitable for applications including audio routing, battery switching, and signal processing. The device is supplied on tape and reel.
