Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4612EUD is a quad, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch designed for 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer applications. This device features a low on-state resistance of 100 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 1 Ohm. Operating from a single supply voltage of 2V to 12V, the MAX4612EUD offers a -3dB bandwidth of 300MHz and exhibits excellent crosstalk performance of -80dB at 1MHz.
