Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4609CSE is a dual, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch designed for 1:1 signal routing. This component features a low on-resistance of 2.5 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 50 milliohms. It supports single supply operation from 4.5V to 36V or dual supplies from ±4.5V to ±20V. With a typical charge injection of 45pC and channel capacitance of 64pF, the MAX4609CSE is suitable for applications requiring minimal signal distortion. Switching times are rated at 110ns for turn-on and 150ns for turn-off.
