Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated's MAX4603EPE is a quad, SPST analog switch IC featuring low on-resistance of 2.5 Ohms maximum. This 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit is housed in a 16-PDIP package and operates from single supplies of 4.5V to 36V or dual supplies of ±4.5V to ±20V. Optimized for performance, it offers channel-to-channel matching of 100 mOhms and charge injection below 120 pC. Leakage current is minimized to 500 pA maximum. The device exhibits a 250 ns turn-on and 350 ns turn-off time. Typical applications include power supply routing, battery-powered equipment, and general-purpose analog signal switching. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
