Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4601CPE is a quad, single-pole, single-throw, normally closed analog switch. This device features low on-resistance of 2.5O maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 100mO. Designed for efficient operation, it offers a charge injection of 120pC and crosstalk of -59dB at 1MHz. The switches support single supply voltages from 4.5V to 36V or dual supplies from ±4.5V to ±20V. With a 250ns/350ns switching time and low leakage current of 500pA maximum, the MAX4601CPE is suitable for applications in industrial automation and consumer electronics. It is available in a 16-PDIP package for through-hole mounting.
