Analog Devices' MAX4582EPE is a dual SP4T analog switch IC. Each of the two circuits offers a 4:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration with a maximum on-state resistance of 80 Ohms. This device is designed for applications requiring efficient signal routing, with low charge injection of 0.5 pC and channel-to-channel matching of 1 Ohm. Crosstalk is specified at -96 dB at 1 MHz. The MAX4582EPE operates from a single supply of 2V to 12V or a dual supply of ±2V to ±6V. It features low leakage current of 1 nA (IS(off) max) and channel capacitance values of 4 pF and 10 pF for CS(off) and CD(off) respectively. Switch times are a maximum of 200 ns for turn-on and 100 ns for turn-off. This component is packaged in a 16-PDIP (0.300" wide) and suitable for through-hole mounting.
