Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated's MAX4582ASE is a dual, 4:1 analog multiplexer/demultiplexer featuring low on-resistance of 80 Ohms (max) and excellent channel-to-channel matching of 1 Ohm. This SP4T switch operates with single supply voltages from 2V to 12V or dual supplies from ±2V to ±6V. The device exhibits low charge injection of 0.5pC and channel capacitance of 4pF (off) / 10pF (off). With a fast switching time of 200ns (on) and 100ns (off), it is suitable for applications requiring efficient signal routing.
