Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4541ESA-T is a dual, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. Each switch is configured as normally open (NO) and features an on-state resistance of 60 Ohms maximum. Designed for single-supply operation from 2.7V to 12V, this component offers a bandwidth of up to 100MHz and low charge injection of 1pC. Channel capacitance is 8pF for both off-state conditions. The device exhibits excellent channel-to-channel matching with a maximum Ron variation of 800 mOhms and achieves -90dB crosstalk at 1MHz. Off-state leakage current is a maximum of 100pA. Switching times are 100ns for turn-on and 75ns for turn-off. The MAX4541ESA-T is supplied in an 8-SOIC package, surface mountable, and is available on tape and reel.
