Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4538CEE is a quad, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch designed for high-performance applications. This component offers a low on-resistance of 100 Ohms (maximum) with excellent channel-to-channel matching of 1 Ohm. It supports single or dual supply voltages ranging from 2V to 12V for single supply and ±2V to ±6V for dual supply. The device features fast switching times, with typical turn-on time of 100ns and turn-off time of 50ns. With low leakage current of 2nA (maximum) and channel capacitance of 2pF, the MAX4538CEE is suitable for use in test and measurement equipment, industrial controls, and audio/video routing.
