Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4523EGE-T is a quad, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch featuring low on-resistance and excellent off-isolation. This device supports rail-to-rail signal swing, with a maximum on-resistance of 100 Ohms across the supply voltage range of ±2V to ±6V or 2V to 12V single supply. The on-resistance is matched to within 1 Ohm between channels, and channel capacitance is a mere 2pF (off-state). Charge injection is kept to a low 1pC, and crosstalk is rated at -90dB at 100kHz. Leakage current is minimized to 1nA (off-state). Switching times are a rapid 80ns (on) and 30ns (off). The MAX4523EGE-T is packaged in a 16-QFN (4x4) and is ideal for applications in audio signal routing, video switching, and general-purpose analog signal control. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
