The Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4522EPE- is a 4-circuit, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) normally open analog switch. This component offers a low on-state resistance of 100 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 1 Ohm. It features fast switch times of 80ns (turn-on) and 30ns (turn-off), and a charge injection of 1pC.
