Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4521CEE is a quad, single-pole, single-throw, normally closed (SPST-NC) analog switch. Each of the four circuits offers a low on-resistance of 100 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 1 Ohm. It features a charge injection of 1 pC and channel capacitance of 2 pF (CS(off), CD(off)). Crosstalk is rated at -90 dB at 100 kHz, and leakage current (IS(off)) is a maximum of 1 nA. This device supports single-supply operation from 2V to 12V or dual supplies from ±2V to ±6V. The MAX4521CEE is available in a 16-QSOP package suitable for surface mounting.
