Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4513CPE is a quad, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch. Each circuit in this 16-PDIP package features low on-resistance of 160 Ohm maximum, with minimal on-resistance flatness variation over the signal range. The device supports dual supply voltages from ±4.5V to ±18V or single supply from 9V to 36V. Charge injection is a low 1.5pC, and off-leakage current is limited to 500pA maximum. Typical switching times are 500ns for turn-on and 400ns for turn-off. Crosstalk is specified at -66dB at 1MHz.
