Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4512CPE is a quad single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch featuring a low on-resistance of 160 Ohms maximum. Each of the four circuits offers a 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration. This device operates from single supply voltages ranging from 9V to 36V or dual supplies from ±4.5V to ±18V. Typical channel capacitance is 10pF for off-state drain and 5pF for off-state source. Charge injection is specified at 1.5pC. Crosstalk is -66dB at 1MHz, with a maximum off-leakage current of 500pA. Switching times are 500ns for turn-on and 400ns for turn-off. The MAX4512CPE is housed in a 16-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) package and is suitable for applications in industrial and consumer electronics.
