Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4053ACPE is a high-performance, low-voltage CMOS analog multiplexer/demultiplexer. This device features three independent SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) switches, each configured as a 2:1 multiplexer. The MAX4053ACPE offers a maximum on-state resistance of 100 Ohms and channel-to-channel resistance matching of 6 Ohms. Charge injection is minimized to 2 pC, and leakage current (IS(off)) is a mere 100 pA maximum. Crosstalk is rated at -90 dB at 100 kHz. It supports dual supply voltages from ±2.7V to ±8V and single supply from 2V to 16V. Switching times are 175ns (turn-on) and 150ns (turn-off) maximum. The MAX4053ACPE is suitable for applications in telecommunications, audio/video switching, and data acquisition systems. It is supplied in a 16-PDIP package for through-hole mounting and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
