Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX4051ACEE-TG05 is a highly accurate, low-cost, quad, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch. This CMOS device features low ON-resistance and is guaranteed to have a maximum ON-resistance of 100O (MAX) over the full temperature range. It also boasts a low leakage current of 10pA (TYP) and a low charge injection of 1pC (TYP). The MAX4051ACEE-TG05 offers rail-to-rail signal handling and operates from a single +2.7V to +16V supply or a dual ±2.7V to ±8V supply.
