Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX394EPP is a quad, SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) analog switch. This 2:1 multiplexer circuit features a low on-resistance of 35 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching (?R<sub>on</sub>) of 500 mOhms. It supports single supply operation from 2.7V to 15V and dual supply operation from ±2.7V to ±8V. The device exhibits a low charge injection of 5 pC and minimal leakage current of 200 pA (max) when off. Switch times are specified at 130 ns (turn-on) and 75 ns (turn-off). With a channel capacitance of 12 pF, it is suitable for applications in test and measurement equipment, as well as general-purpose signal routing.
