Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX393EUE is a quad, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch featuring low on-resistance of 35 Ohms maximum. This device supports dual supply operation from ±3V to ±8V or single supply from 3V to 15V. Each of the four circuits in the 16-TSSOP package offers low charge injection of 2pC and channel capacitance of 9pF (off-state). Channel-to-channel matching for on-resistance is specified at 300mOhm. Switch times are approximately 130ns turn-on and 75ns turn-off. The MAX393EUE is well-suited for applications in telecommunications, test and measurement equipment, and medical instrumentation. It is supplied in a 16-TSSOP surface mount package.
