Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX365CPE is a quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch featuring 85 Ohm on-state resistance. This 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer offers a low charge injection of 5pC and excellent crosstalk rejection of -100dB at 1MHz. Designed for through-hole mounting, it is available in a 16-DIP package. The device supports dual supply voltages from ±4.5V to ±20V and single supply voltages from 10V to 30V. Typical applications include signal routing and switching in telecommunications, industrial automation, and test and measurement equipment. Maximum leakage current is 500pA, with channel capacitance at 4pF. Switching times are 250ns (turn-on) and 120ns (turn-off).
