Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX362EPE is a quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. Each circuit features low on-resistance of 85 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 2 Ohms maximum. Off-state leakage current is limited to 500pA maximum, and charge injection is 5pC. The device supports dual supply voltages from ±4.5V to ±20V or single supply from 10V to 30V. Switching times are 250ns for turn-on and 120ns for turn-off. With a -100dB crosstalk at 1MHz and channel capacitance of 4pF, it is suitable for applications in test and measurement, industrial control, and telecommunications. The device is supplied in a 16-PDIP package.
