Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX332CPE- is a quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed for robust performance in demanding applications. This through-hole component, housed in a 16-PDIP package, features four independent 1:1 switch circuits. Each switch offers a maximum on-state resistance of 175 Ohms, with typical switch times of 1µs for turn-on and 500ns for turn-off. The device supports dual supply voltages ranging from ±4.5V to ±18V. With a charge injection of 20pC, it is suitable for use in industrial automation, test and measurement equipment, and telecommunications systems. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C.
