Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX313CUE is a quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. Each circuit features normally open (NO) contacts. This device offers low on-resistance of 10 Ohms maximum and channel-to-channel matching of 300 mOhms. Operating from single or dual power supplies ranging from 4.5V to 30V, it supports ±4.5V to ±20V dual supplies. With a switching time of 225ns (on) and 185ns (off), the MAX313CUE is suitable for applications in industrial control and medical equipment. The 16-TSSOP package facilitates surface mounting. Key specifications include a channel capacitance of 15pF (off) and charge injection of 20pC. Leakage current is maintained at a maximum of 500pA (off).
