Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX305CPE is a dual, single-pole, double-throw (DPST) analog switch featuring low on-resistance of 35 Ohms maximum. This component is designed for 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer applications. Each of the two circuits offers a 35 Ohm on-state resistance with a channel-to-channel matching (?Ron) of 500 mOhms. Leakage current (IS(off)) is a maximum of 500 pA, and channel capacitance (CS(off), CD(off)) is 12 pF. The switch time is 150 ns for turn-on and 100 ns for turn-off. Operating supply voltages range from ±4.5V to ±20V for dual supplies and 10V to 30V for single supplies. The MAX305CPE is housed in a 16-PDIP package, suitable for through-hole mounting, and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
