Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX303ESE is a dual SPDT analog switch featuring low on-resistance of 35 Ohms maximum. This 2:1 multiplexer circuit offers excellent channel isolation with typical crosstalk of -90dB at 1MHz and low charge injection of 10pC. The component is supplied in a 16-SOIC package and supports dual supply voltages from ±4.5V to ±20V or single supply from 10V to 30V. With a channel capacitance of 12pF, it is suitable for applications in telecommunications, test and measurement equipment, and industrial control systems. The MAX303ESE operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
