Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX303CSE is a dual SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) analog switch. This 2:1 multiplexer features a low on-resistance of 35 Ohms maximum. The device operates with single supply voltages from 10V to 30V or dual supplies from ±4.5V to ±20V. It offers fast switching times with a maximum of 150ns for turn-on and 100ns for turn-off. With channel capacitance specified at 12pF for both off-state conditions and a channel-to-channel matching (?Ron) of 500mOhm, the MAX303CSE is suitable for applications in telecommunications and industrial control systems. It is supplied in a 16-SOIC surface-mount package.
