Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX303CPE is a dual, 2:1 analog multiplexer/demultiplexer featuring SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) switching. Each of the two circuits offers a low on-resistance of 35 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel resistance matching of 500 mOhms. With a charge injection of 10 pC and channel capacitance as low as 12 pF, it is suitable for applications requiring signal integrity. The device supports single supply operation from 10V to 30V, or dual supplies ranging from ±4.5V to ±20V. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C. The MAX303CPE is supplied in a 16-pin DIP package and finds application in areas such as communication systems and industrial control.
