Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX301ESE is a dual SPST (Single Pole, Single Throw) normally open analog switch. Each of the two circuits features a 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration. The device offers an on-state resistance of 35 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 500 mOhms. Leakage current is specified at a maximum of 500 pA. Channel capacitance (off-state) is 12 pF for both input and output. Switching times are a maximum of 150 ns for turn-on and 100 ns for turn-off, with 10 pC of charge injection. Crosstalk is rated at -90 dB at 1 MHz. The MAX301ESE supports single supply operation from 10V to 30V and dual supply operation from ±4.5V to ±20V. It is available in a 16-SOIC package and operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This component finds application in various industrial and consumer electronics systems.
