Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX301EPE is a dual, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch with normally open (NO) contacts. This component features a low on-resistance of 35 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching (?Ron) of 500 mOhms. Designed for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, the MAX301EPE supports single supply voltages from 10V to 30V and dual supply voltages from ±4.5V to ±20V. It offers fast switching times with a maximum turn-on time of 150ns and turn-off time of 100ns. Leakage current (IS(off)) is a maximum of 500pA, and channel capacitance (CS(off), CD(off)) is 12pF. Crosstalk is specified at -90dB at 1MHz. The device is supplied in a 16-PDIP package. This component finds application in various industrial and consumer electronics systems.
