Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated DG445CJ is a quad single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. This component features four independent switches, each configured as normally open (NO). With a maximum on-state resistance of 85 Ohms, it offers low signal path resistance. The DG445CJ supports dual power supplies ranging from ±4.5V to ±20V or single supply from 10V to 30V. Channel capacitance is 4pF for both on and off states, and charge injection is specified at 5pC. Crosstalk is better than -100dB at 1MHz, and leakage current is a maximum of 500pA. Switching times are up to 250ns for turn-on and 170ns for turn-off. This device is supplied in a 16-pin PDIP package suitable for through-hole mounting. Typical applications include signal routing, multiplexing, and general-purpose switching in industrial and consumer electronics.
